Can I upgrade to a higher level plan and receive credit prior plan purchases?

Yes. For up to 1 year you may upgrade your plan by only paying the difference between your previously paid amounts and the new plan amount.

Are additional follow up calls available for purchase if I need more support?

Yes. Additional consults are available for $150 each.

Can I purchase a plan for only myself even if I am part of a multi-attorney law firm?

Yes, we frequently create plans for individual attorneys. We also create marketing plans for multiple attorneys as part of a particular practice area or strategic group, and for entire firms as well. For groups of 2 or more attorneys, we offer special pricing.

Do you work with clients outside of your local area?

Yes, we can and do work in several states. Our web based services are virutally unlimited geographically.

PerformLaw provides training on content development and contact management activities.The main training goal is to make the firm marketing self-sufficient.
How do I evaluate if my marketing plan is working?

There are various key performance indicators to measure the effectiveness of the marketing plan over time. Besides the high-level metrics like client acquisition cost, client lifetime value or return on marketing investment, there are more detailed reports to consider like website, social media and search engine performance measures. Upon request during the engagement we are more than happy to explain and demonstrate how firms can measure their performances.

Can PerformLaw just do all of our marketing so we don't have to worry about it?

Our expertise includes process and systems development and support. Part of the process of developing a marketing plan includes consideration of implementation steps once a plan is created. These implementation steps typically include tactical outsourced resources (marketing specialists), software solutions, and in-house resource training. We typically work with partners who directly contract with the firm to handle specific plan elements. For example, web development for improved visibility.
